Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the product experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We stand by our product and want you to be a happy customer for life. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for undamaged products. Please email hello@theartofgrateful.com. Once our customer success team approves your return, you’ll only need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us with a returns address provided. We'll issue you with a refund or store credit or an exchange. 

You also have the ability to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours free of charge, subject to our labs not having produced the product already

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International Customers outside of the USA are responsible for paying their own customs duties/taxes/VAT. We are not responsible for paying customs duties for you. We do not collect them at the time of your purchase, so you are responsible for paying your government! A refusal to pay customs duties/taxes for a custom product that returns to us will not result in a refund for you. 

WARRANTY

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or with a defect, please send photographs to hello@theartofgrateful.com. A member of our customer success team will liaise with you to produce a replacement and get it sent over to you at no additional charge. 

We do not hold inventory and produce every piece of art custom made to order. As a result, we do not accept store credit or replacing pieces unless you receive the product damaged on arrival. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be returned, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to another account holder with The Art of Grateful.
