How is the canvas made in your facility?

You can expect a canvas that is durable, handmade and inspected by masters of their craft. Working with labs globally, our 12-colour Giclee printing process ensures spectacular quality.  We achieve premium gallery quality by using finely textured artist-grade cotton substrates. We are proud of our eco credentials and ethically sourced materials from FSC-approved forests.

Are floating frames available across all sizes?

Yes. A floating frame will provide a wow factor to your space and mimic the look and feel of fine art displayed in a fancy gallery. The depth of a floating frame creates a greater three dimensionality to a piece. You’ll love the effect and feeling it provides of a timeless piece of artwork in the collection. 

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) & Paypal.  Coming soon is the ability to split your order across four interest free payments. There will be zero impact on your credit and no fees for timely payments. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! You can visit our gift card page. They are sold in the following amounts: $100, $150, $200, $250 and $1000.

Do you offer free shipping worldwide?

We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico and most countries in Europe. With 50 + labs globally and growing, customers from even more countries will benefit from fast and FREE shipping.

Where do you ship and what are the delivery times?

We offer global fulfillment coverage to over 200 countries around the world. USA. Free delivery and 7-10 business days shipping. UK. Free delivery and 7-10 business days shipping. Canada. Free delivery and 7-12 business days shipping. Europe. Free delivery and 7-10 business days shipping. Australia. Free delivery and 7-10 business days shipping. Rest of the world. 10-14 days shipping. When will you ship my order?

Shipping will be delivered approximately 1-3 business days after the canvas has been produced from our labs. Please be aware that during holidays and peak season, delivery may be slightly longer as a result of increased volume. 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your canvas has been prepared by our labs and ready to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which includes a tracking link. You will be able to check order status and delivery progress. 

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O boxes. Please apply an alternative shipping address when making an order

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We stand by our product and want you to be a happy customer for life. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for undamaged products. Once our customer success team approves your return, you’ll only need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us with a returns address provided. You also have the ability to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours free of charge, subject to our labs not having produced the product already. 

My product has arrived damaged, what is the next step? 

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or with a defect, please send photographs to hello@theartofgrateful.com. A member of our customer success team will liaise with you to produce a replacement and get it sent over to you at no additional charge. 

Can I swap one piece of art for another?

We do not hold inventory and produce every piece of art custom made to order. As a result, we do not accept store credit or replacing pieces unless you receive the product damaged on arrival.

Where do these spectacular designs come from? 

We are building a community of creators and partnering with the most talented, emerging artists globally. All artists share our passion and social mission, creating meaningful and thought provoking art. 

I love them but will they last?

Scientific lab reports show that our Giclee pricing process will product canvas art that lasts between 100-200 years in optimal conditions. 

I love these designs so much! Can I get a personal design?
