When he borrowed millions to create a cartoon musical, everyone thought it was madness and called his predicted failure "Disney’s Folly”. Instead, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs became the highest-grossing film ever that time.
Two decades later, he again risked it all by mortgaging his life insurance, stocks, and house, to create a 185-acre amusement park in Anaheim, California. When Disneyland finally opened its doors, he proved once more that dreams can come true.
Walt Disney's legacy isn't only limited to the beloved characters and stories his brand brought to life. Rather, his greatest legacy is when he continues to inspire millions of children and children at heart to dream big and conquer them all.
